Something about me that you may not know: Ha ha. I was captured by the military guarilla when I was seven, stayed in the jungle with them for two weeks before released in exchange with two bags of rice; was involved in a gang for six years; witnessed three gruesome regimes, two civil wars, a coup de' ta, death of best friends three times, and more; and lastly, I was lost in the jungle for three weeks and survived with the death of one of my best friends.

Personal reflection: I long to live a life that matters, a life that at the end, there will be realized that it was a life that changed history. I believe it's too small a thing to life simply for myself, or even for the "American Dream". As time goes on I am realizing more and more that I might accomplish all of this by planting disciple based churches around the world, hopefully overseas.
