Name: Mark Daniel Del Rosario
Hometown: Quezon City, Philippines
Year in school: Senior

Profile of future wife: You serious? She is someone who challenges me to grow in my faith and walk with God. She keeps me on edge with being unpredictable to balance out my over planning side. She and I can laugh together and be silly with each other. Future wife would also appreciate all the quirkiness about me and I'll love all the quirky things about her. She has hair long enough for a ponytail. She has eyes that you can just get lost in, that you can stare in forever and see her smile and her emotions through. She knows her priorities and knows how to be a Godly wife and mother. She is 5'6 or shorter. She has a heart for missions and serving God. She is a giver and encourager like me. She wants to live in the Philippines. Our callings from God in life match perfectly and compliment each other. She's also confident and not afraid to be herself. She puts up with me and my flaws. She is natural and not plastic. And lastly, she knows how to love and be loved in return

Hobbies: Comics, cartoons, drawing, graphic design, worshipping God, reading, making cards, photography, video-ing, stop-motion animation, movies, etc

Something about me that you may not know: I have never seen Napoleon Dynamite and don't really intend to

Favorite book: Moby Dick, by Herman Melville

Favorite food: ILengua! Which is ox-tongue mixed with some awesome liver sauce! Mmmmmmmmmm...soooo good

What do you most enjoy about Lewis: The Man: I enjoy the way how he can explain all these truths through literature rather than just expository text. The House: I enjoy the way how we are crazy and humorous in an intellectual sort of way.

Favorite quote: "Being a hero isn't about getting recognition and honor, it is about using the gifts we were given to help as many people as possible." - Barry Allen

Personal reflection: I am going to be a pastor one day and I can see God using everyone in my life to mold me into the man of God He needs me to be. Though times are stretching and trying, I know why I am here and I know where I am going. I know what I want in life and that is to follow God, no matter the cost or sacrifices made. Though liking comics may appear geeky, I find that it is a very respectable art form right now with writing that is full of intellect and reflection as well as art that is inspiring. Cartoons are, in life, a way to remind us that we should stop and smell the roses, so to speak. It is my way to remember that not everything in life has to be serious. I love encouraging and listening to people. I have my flaws, though, which is caring about encouraging others way too much. I also get very critical when it comes to relationships. There are times when I feel that I should bend my priorities (ala God, school, family, friends, etc) but refuse to and then begin to regret it when I give up time with friends to do homework. I want to see the body of Christ grow and strengthen. I am tired of hearing people think that Christians are weak and are panzies. No. We are not. I feel that we must work from the inside out. If we are weak inside the church, how can we be strong outside? God should flow through every aspect of our lives, not just in ministry to the unreached. Okay, I don't want to get all preachy. I'll stop here on the personal reflections
